Are you looking for an antidote to the stress and anxiety of day-to-day life? Come join us to learn more about mindfulness meditation and the wide variety of its benefits - both physical and psychological. This workshop is appropriate if you’re new to meditation - and can also be a great refresher if you already have a meditation practice. For those of you who would love to have a regular meditation practice, but find yourself short on time - we’ll also cover very practical ways to introduce mindfulness into everyday life.
