Motivate and Move (Free Class)

Feeling stuck and unmotivated? Jump start your day with a Zumba dance workout followed by a discussion group to help you stop procrastinating. Every Wednesday in AUG, 5:15 p.m.–6:30 p.m. in Ashdown (MIT Graduate residence hall). This pilot is part of the "Motivate and Move" series of free classes, launched by Dr. Rheinila Fernandes of MIT Mental Health & Counseling, with sponsorship from the MindHandHeart Innovation Fund.
