Make a Difference with Well-being Messaging
MindHandHeart created the Department Support Program Communications Toolkit to help MIT departments, labs, and centers weave well-being messaging into their regular correspondence.
The toolkit features articles and resources from offices across campus, and is organized into eight themes (mental health; sleep; diversity, inclusion, and equity; meditation; community; grants and funds; nutrition and exercise; and safety).
How to Use the Toolkit
Download the toolkit, then copy and paste these articles into social media posts, emails, e-newsletters, and print correspondence to encourage healthy behaviors and help MIT students, faculty, and staff feel cared for.
